The Multi Level Staves Sorting System with GANTRYX Stacker allows you to save floor space, to automate the whole process while increasing its speed, and to considerably reduce human intervention.

The system's main functions:

  • Allows to sort and stack up to 50 pieces per minute;
  • Sort pieces by selecting different options such as the width of the row, the face chosen for stacking, etc.
  • Reduce space requirements on the floor, using a stepped conveyor for very stable stacking of the rows without the need for wooden slats.
  • Stack and unstack materials fully automatically.
