Our Pinch Rollers are specifically designed to help increase the surface to surface contact between laminated products. The objective is to remove the trapped air between the surfaces thus improving the adhesion.
Two models are available:
- Model PR-51 with a capacity of 48"
- Model PR-63 with a capacity of 60"
Both models have:
- Steel frame
- Solid top roller applying an even distribution of pressure
- Segmented bottom roller
- Safety stop fence
- Feed speed of 25 feet per minute
