Characteristics & operation

Five section Door Master for Mortise and Tenon Miter Doors & Cope and Stick Doors (90°) is available in two models:

RDM-TM: suitable for assembly of large pantry doors up to 30" x 72" down to drawer fronts 5 ½" x 12 ½". Standard model has four clamps per section.
RDM2-TM: suitable for double door assembly up to 30" x 48" down to drawer fronts 5 ½" x 12 ½". Standard model has six clamps per section.

AVAILABLE OPTIONS

Variable speed rotation;
Small part insert for minimum door sized 5 ½" x 5 ½";
Contact surfaces covered with UHMW (for MDF doors);
Additional vertical clamp;
Modified Pneumatic System to allow two preset levels of clamping pressure for different materials.

SLIM DOOR
The four inserts increase the support of narrow door frames. Pair this with a predefined two step pneumatic clamping system for the more delicate door frames.
