Multi Level Stacker with GANTRYX Palletizer – Medium Capacity

The Multi Level Staves Sorting System with GANTRYX Stacker allows you to save floor space, to automate the whole process while increasing its speed, and to considerably reduce human intervention.

The system's main functions:

• Allows to sort and stack up to 20 pieces per minute coming out from the saw;
• Has a two-arm switching system with servo motor to direct parts to the proper accumulation level;
• Detects the widths and lengths of each pieces;
• Includes a sorting bin for non-compliant pieces;
• A 5-level accumulation deck system;
• Even-ending station with layer stretching mechanism to have both edges of the bundles at the desired width;
• GANTRYX stacker and palletizer.
