Door Handling and Inspection Line

This line was designed for a client who wanted to stack and inspect several doors at the same time. This production line is perfect for companies who produce doors or panels daily for various markets in an automated manner, while needing a minimum of manual operations.

The GANTRYX, an articulated arm with vacuum grip, automates the handling of the panels at the infeed and outfeed of your moulder or sander. He allows automatic stacking and unstacking in the areas provided for this purpose.

The DTF-360 Door & Panel Flipper Inspection Station is a roller conveyor integrated with a gripper system that allows the operator to rotate and stop the product at the desired angle for inspecting, cleaning, sanding or repair.
