The Doucet Hydraulic Press is designed for mass timber and engineered wood manufacturing. Ideal for bonding boards from 6" to 12" wide, it is commonly used to produce glulam beams, door stiles and other structural wood components. Its robust design delivers reliable bonding, high productivity and consistent quality with minimal labor.

HYDRAULIC STILES PRESS INCLUDES:

  • One 5 HP hydraulic unit with a variable flow pump to apply pressure.
  • One, two or four sections, each section including:
    • 36'' of opening;
    • Hydraulic cylinders of 3'' diameter by 4'' of stroke with a pusher plate.

  • HYDRAULIC STILES PRESS WITH ONE SECTION
    • Fixed frame & One 5 HP hydraulic unit with a variable flow pump to apply pressure.
  • HYDRAULIC STILES PRESS WITH TWO SECTIONS
    • The two sections are back to back;
    • One  5 HP hydraulic unit with a variable flow pump to apply pressure.
  • HYDRAULIC STILES PRESS WITH FOUR SECTIONS
    • The four sections are mounted on a rotary frame 2 HP with a variable speed motor for rotation;
    • One 5 HP hydraulic unit with a variable flow pump to apply pressure;
    • Hydraulic motor for rotation with variable flow valve to adjust speed.
