EZXPAC 400 - Automatic Bundle Strapping System - Brochure

The EZYPAC 400 can be configured to automatically feed one or two strapping machines operating simultaneously, then strapped bundles are ejected on a gravity conveyor ready to be palletized according to their respective flooring grade.

THE EZYPAC 400 FEATURES:

  • A receiving belt conveyor with adjustable sides;
  • A top motorized roll to ensure compression of the pack before its hand-off to your banding machine(s) - banding machine(s) are not included;
  • Interface cable for activation of the banding cycle by the EZYPAC controller;
  • The EZYPAC 400 is compatible with a variety of banding machines, with or without built-in conveyor tops;
  • MANYX Automatic Palletizers are available for high volume systems.
  • An optional second compression roller is available for use with multiple strapper configurations;
  • Single, dual or multiple palletization ramps are available upon request.
