The Door Master Assembly Systems come in two basic models, a Single Station Machine and a 5-Station Rotary Model. Both models can be configured for Single, Double or for Miter Door assembly.
Built on an “Industrial Strength” welded tubular frame, Doucet’s Door Master Assembly Systems offer quick and accurate assembly, clamping and squaring of cabinet doors. The basic model features two vertical and one horizontal pneumatically actuated clamps and is suitable for assembly of cabinet doors up to 30" x 72". |
The Door Master offers “no compromise” pneumatics - brand name air valves and real double action air cylinders. Its mobile vertical clamp slides on roller bearings for easy side shifting. Its horizontal clamp is equipped with a unique “gas spring” assisted lever for effortless centering. The Miter Door Models feature a user friendly “push button” calibration system.
