The new Doucet XPRS Return is specially designed for use with smaller edgebanders. Its low cost and tiny footprint make it the perfect choice of small to medium size cabinet makers.
XPRS Return Conveyors are available in right or left hand return configuration. They feature 24 and 36 inches wide receiving modules and return conveyors.
CHARACTERISTICS
Feed rollers, driven by a d.c. variable speed motor, from 0 to 40 ft/min, guide the part onto the receiving module. A feed roller extension is available as an option (as shown).
A set of top rollers prevent larger panels from tipping down while entering the receiving module.
Polymer belts side shift the panels to the return rollers quickly
and efficiently.
The return rollers, made of heavy duty PVC, are
individually driven by welded urethane belts. These rollers are
2 inches lower than the pass height of
the shaper, so parts can travel in opposite directions without
interference.
The transfer process occurs on a continuous basis.

Standard
receiving module length is 60 inches, return length is proportionate
to the length of your edgebander. Power requirement is a 110
v.a.c. 15 amp. service, no compressed air is required.
XPRS offers the legendary careful
handling features that have made Doucet Return
Conveyors the standard of the industry. Its heavy duty PVC
rollers are individually driven by welded urethane belts, reducing
costly downtime and roller distortion associated with other
driving mechanisms.
