SRX Clamp Carrier include an hydraulic power unit for quick rotation and
perfectly calibrated tightening, a pneumatically activated panel flattener
and a pneumatically actuated front rest.

Panel Assembly: 6, 8, 10, 16 and 20 sections on all Carriers;
12 sections on 8 1/2' and10 1/2' Carriers only

Heavy duty Clamps 2 1/2 " or 3 1/2" by 32", 36", 40" or 44" opening, rapid change model

If needed, Clamp Carrier can be equipped with t wo tightening carriages
5 HP power unit with immersed 6.7 GPM pump for single operator Carriers
10 HP power unit with immersed 13.4 GPM pump for dual operator Carriers
350 RPM hydraulic tightening tool with joystick control, and built-in torque control valve
mounted on a sliding carriage moving across the front rest of the Clamp Carrier
Hydraulic rotation motor and speed reducer with joystick forward/reverse control
One valve for tightening torque calibration relative to material thickness and
center to center spacing on clamps (as per pressure charts)
Pneumatically actuated front rest and section support

Panel flattener installed on a sliding carriage with flattering and release commanded
by a manual rocking valve
Downward force of the panel flattener up to 750 lbs
