Built around Doucet’s Proven / Tested BT-2000 modular platform, the New BTWB-2000 Return Conveyors combine the fast, simple and highly effective belt transfer system that makes it the perfect companion for your Wide Belt Sander.

BTWB-2000 Return conveyors are available in 36”, 48” or 60” roller conveyor widths. Ideal to match the size of the Wide Belt Sander it is teaming up with. Its Standard Receiving and Return Conveyor Lengths are 5 feet and 15 feet respectively. Both sets of rollers can be extended to suit your application.

 

BEYOND THE STANDARD UNIT,
HERE IS THE LIST OF CUSTOM FEATURES ON BTWB-2000 MODELS:

TRANSFER MODULE WIDTH
The length of the Transfer Module between the receiving and return rollers can be extended to adapt the conveyor to varying configurations of sanders.

QUICK ACCESS TO THE SANDER
The return conveyor extension, beyond the transfer unit, is on casters. It can be disconnected quickly to provide easy access to the side of the sanding machine.

AUTOMATIC HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT
A motorized self adjustment feature is allowed to automatically re-set the receiving conveyor pass height, as the table height on the sander is adjusted by the operator. The basic adjustment provides for 2” between the lowest and highest heights.

CAREFUL HANDLING
Your parts remain in a controlled environment and are always handled with care. Side fences help guide the parts all along the receiving, transfer and return process.

STAGING TABLE
An optional staging table allows the operator to stage several parts at a time and to create a manageable work flow.
